JOIN THE TRANSITION NEWBURYPORT NING COMMUNITY

Transition Newburyport is a local chapter of a broader international movement working to develop creative and active local responses to the challenges of Climate Change, Peak Oil and Economic Instability. Our focus is acting together locally to make the transition to a post-fossil-fuel world in a thoughtful and planned way, leading to a more fulfilling, socially connected, sustainable, resilient and self-reliant community. Our goal is to tap into the collective intelligence and creativity of the community to develop a plan for energy descent. We encourage and welcome your participation in this process.
