How can we be living examples, individually and in our relationships of the world we want to live in? There is no single path to envision and create your green dream, to become producers more than consumers. Passions may lead to a food abundant urban or rural homestead, get off the grid, build shelter that resonates with recycled materials and energy efficiency, practice family health self-sufficiency, or devote to a life of service and community engagement. Societal and economic pressures can test our strength and place our visions, environmental values and daily spiritual practices on the back burner.
Being in relationship is a great gift. Now is the time to re-align ourselves with the life-giving, centering forces of the earth. This intention and direction has the power to strengthen our core values and deepen our love. Whether you are embarking on making a significant lifestyle change, or seasoned in “green living” but seeking more balance or creativity in your life and relationship, this could be a really good day for you and your relationship.
Reflect, renew, learn, rekindle, and gain strength for your next steps.
Workshop facilitators Ricky Baruc and Deb Habib have learned and loved through 25 years that include friendship, marriage, parenting, and co-founding and building from the ground up, Seeds of Solidarity, a solar powered farm and non-profit organization.
Cost is $125 per couple and all fees support Seeds of Solidarity's programs to create gardens for low-income families. Space is limited, register early to ensure a spot. Tea and snacks provided. Bring a potluck lunch to share.
